What is your Return/Replacement Policy?
- We offer returns and replacements for products ordered on OlivetShopping.com within 7 days of delivery.
- However, certain items such as Electronic, lingerie, jewelry, and other items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return or replacement.
- Please always refer to the ‘Delivery & Return’ section on the product detail page to check if your item is eligible.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and boxes must be intact (e.g., shoes must be returned in their original shoe box).
- You may try on the product, but please ensure it remains undamaged and unwashed.
What is the Refund Policy for Returned Items?
- We aim to process refunds within 7 business days from the date the returned item clears Quality Check at our Supplier
- However, refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing time.
Refund Timeline by Payment Mode:
- Credit/Debit Card / Net Banking: Amount will be refunded to the same account within 7 business days after Quality Check clearance.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): you can bank transfer by submitting accurate bank details. Olivet will not be responsible for incorrect information provided.
- Olivet reserves the right to reject refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violation.
How to Return or Exchange an Order?
- You can initiate a return/exchange through our self-service process:
- Log in to your Olivet Shopping account
- Go to My Orders
- Click on Return / Exchange
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Your item will be picked up and a refund issued post successful Q.C
When Will My Return Be Picked Up?
- Once a return request is received, our logistics partner will attempt to pick up the item within 3 days.
- Three attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the return request will be marked as closed. You may initiate a new request if eligible.
